The Qi-Mag International Feng Shui & Geobiology Institute was founded in Sri Lanka in 1990 by Dr. Jes T.Y. Lim and his wife Julie Lim, aiming to spread the prescious knowledge of Feng Shui and life-supporting home design worldwide. Since then, over 30.000 people in 46 countries have been trained in the science of Qi-Mag Feng Shui, and a network of over 2.000 Qi-Mag Feng Shui Consultants has been established.

Healthy human in healthy environment

At the same time in 1990, Dr. Lim founded the Qi-Mag East/West Medical Alternativa Academy, with the aim to make simple alternative healing methods more known. Dr. Lim's vision for founding the Qi-Mag Institute and the Medical Alternativa Adademy is: A healthy environment supports and improves the health of the human being, a healthy person can fully develop in a healthy environment. The Institute, as well as the Academy, is affiliated to the Medicina Alternativa and the Open International University for Complementary Medicine/WHO/UNO in Sri Lanka.

History


1980	Dr. Jes T.Y. Lim and his wife Julie Suk Yee Lim found the Qi-Mag Long Life Center (QMLLC) in North Borneo/Malaysia to teach Feng Shui and acupuncture.
1988	Expansion of the Qi-Mag Long Life Center to New Zealand
1989	Expansion of the Qi-Mag Long Life Center to Australia
1990	Foundation of the Qi-Mag International Feng Shui & Geobiology Institute in Sri Lanka and
	foundation of the Qi-Mag East/West Medical Alternative Academy
1992	First teachings of Dr. Lim in Europe and Sweden
1993	First teachings of Dr. Lim in Germany
1995	First teachings of Dr. Lim in North America
1998	First teachings of Dr. Lim in South America and
	lecture at the 1. International Feng Shui Congress in Starnberg, Germany
2000	Dr. Lim gives a lecture at the 2nd International Feng Shui Congress in Innsbruck, Austria.
2008	Dr. Lim is awarded as an honorary member of the European Feng Shui and Geomancy Berufsverband (EFGB).
	Due to the repeated request of his master students, Dr. Lim accepts the title of the Feng Shui Grand Master.

Ever since, Dr. Lim teaches for the Qi-Mag Institute on an international level. His semiars take place in Asia, Europe, and America.

Dr. Lim in 1994 in Oy-Mittelberg at a historical seminar. This was one of Dr. Lim's first seminars in Germany. Primavera Manager Kurt L. Nübling had offered to organize a seminar for him. Kurt Nübling had attended a prior presentation and had been fascinated by Feng Shui and Dr. Lim's personality.
